Tony Bulat sent this to me before his death…he got it from a wall in the ready room in Vietnam where he was preparing to launch a raid into enemy territory.  That was 40 years ago, and he still knows it by heart.

“Lord lest I continue my complacent way

Remind me that somewhere out there

A man may have died for me today

And for as long as there must be war

Let me ask and answer “Am I worth dying for?”

There must be a sermon in that somewhere…
